Getting Specific

At this point you can focus the filter to only send you an email only if the Print Spooler changes from running to stopped and nothing else.

Then you can take it a step further and say that you would only like to be notified if the Print Spooler service changes status on a certain machine. In our case we only will be notified when this service changes status on HOST1 (note: you could achieve the same thing by assigning the package only to HOST1).
