If you used the default install destination (C:\Program Files (x86)\EventSentry\WebReports) you don't have to do anything and your settings should successfully be converted. It's a good idea to back up your configuration and port settings:

  1. Back up the whole "C:\Program Files (x86)\EventSentry\WebReports\conf" folder

  2. Back up the "C:\Program Files (x86)\EventSentry\WebReports\web\conf\server.xml" file

If you installed the web reports into a custom location, AND you configured SSL for the web reports, you may need to modify your server.xml file to point at the updated location of your .jks file. When modifying the server.xml file, replace the keystoreFile value with the new location of your .jks file, and then save your changes to server.xml and restart the "EventSentry Web Reports" service for the changes to take effect.

If you're not sure which destination was used to install the web reports, you can open the registry editor and select "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\netikus.net\EventSentry Web Reports" on the left and to see the "Location" item's value on the right, that will be the destination where the 32-bit web reports were installed.
