This error appears when the EventSentry license information, which is stored in the registry, has not been transferred correctly to the remote host.
Please perform the following steps to re-transfer the configuration:
- Make sure that you have the latest build of EventSentry installed, you can check the latest build from the additional links below
- If you already have the latest build, close the EventSentry management console and re-open it
- Right-click the "Computers" container of the group where the computer is located and select "Push Configuration".
- Right-click the "Computers" container of the group where the computer is located again and select "Manage Agent(s) -> Start"
The license should now have been transferred correctly and the agent should be running.
