In order to troubleshoot installation issues we need to get the log file of the installation. Starting with version 2.60 EventSentry will now log the installation automatically to the users temp directory.
Please follow the steps below to send us the log file:
1) Open Windows Explorer
2) Type %TEMP% in the address bar and hit ENTER
3) Email the file eventsentry_vxxx_setup.log (where xxx is the current version number), with any information you think would be useful for our support engineers, to support@netikus.net
Our support staff will analyze the problem and get back to you as soon as possible with more information on how you can resolve the problem.
