The computer where the EventSentry Management Console is installed does not have an Internet connection. How can I still download new packages, and/or be notified if new packages are available?

You can download the package file from our website from a computer that does have an Internet connection and then copy the package file to the computer where the EventSentry Management Console is installed. The URL for the package file is:

There currently is no built-in notification mechanism available to let you know when packages are updated, however, you can use the free URL-Watch feature (https://www.netikus.net/free_urlwatch.html) at https://www.netikus.net/ to monitor the above URL and be notified via email when a new package is available.
