Network Overview

The Network Overview page will provide a general overview of the recent things occurring on you machines.

 

Elements

 

Summary

Includes monitoring duration

Heartbeat Status

Lists all machines with a negative Heartbeat Status

Heartbeat History

Most Recent Heartbeat Changes

Disk Alerts

Checks for any drive under the Lower Limit (configured in the Profile Editor)

Performance Alerts

Checks for any counter exceeding the set threshold (configured in the Management console)

Popular Reports

Contains commonly run reports

Overdue Reports

Displays any report that has fallen outside the configured interval

Recently Installed Applications

Recent software additions

Most Active Machines

Shows the number of events collected over the last 3 hours and how it compares to other machines

Failure Trend

History of Audit Failures over the last 24-hours

Error Trend

History of Errors and Warnings over the last 24-hours

Most Recent Events

Last events to occur on your systems

Recent Event Comments

Includes recent comments

Default Values

Each element has a default number assigned to it in the Profile Editor that declares how many initial values should be loaded. The values for the Network Overview page are found under the Overview tab.

Animation

This option will toggle whether the Failure Trend and Error Trend charts contain animation when loading or not.

 

Sort Elements

By clicking on the header of each element on the Network Overview, it is possible drag and reorder the elements on the page. The order will be stored in the Item Order option in the Profile Editor. To reset the order back to the default you will find the Restore default order option at the bottom of the page.

 

It is also possible to change the order of the items from the Profile Editor. Each item has a numerical value that can be changed in the Item Order field. Below this field there is a visual representation of the items and the given order which can also be rearranged.

 

 

Pencil and Document 24 n g Prerequisites:

The WebReportsConfig.xml file needs to be writeable in order for sortable and show more/fewer information to be saved.

 

 

Show More / Show Fewer

On elements where there is the option to Show More / Show Fewer you and dynamically load more values in that section on-the-fly. By clicking either option the updated values will be written and stored to the values in your configuration.
