Privileges

In addition to controlling access to pages, reports and computers, you can also assign privileges to users and groups. The following privileges are available:

Privileges can be assigned to users and groups.

Edit Comments

This privilege allows a user to edit comments that have been added to event log entries. Without this privilege, users can only add new comments and view existing comments.

Manage Accounts

Allows a user or group to create and remove both user and group accounts, as well as modify privileges.

Report Administrator

A report administrator can create new reports, delete existing reports (including reports created by other users), as well as take ownership of any report.

Export Options

Allows a user to export data from any authorized page to a CSV file.

Edit Profiles

Allows the user to add, delete as well as manage existing profiles.

RSS & Widget Access

Allows the user to access RSS feeds and access information through widgets. This is useful for creating "widget-only" user accounts for example.
