Heartbeat History

The Heartbeat History page will show when the status of a particular monitored item (e.g. TCP port, ping) changed. The Heartbeat History page shows the following information:

 

•Date / Time: The date and time of the status change
•Type: The monitored service whose status changed (Ping, Agent or TCP)
•Old Status: The old status of the monitored service
•New Status: The new (current) status of the monitored service
•Description: The reason for the status change. This field is empty when the status change was positive.

The Global Options need to be configured to write heartbeat information to a database in order for heartbeat information to be written to the database.
