Service Uptime

The Service Uptime will show you the uptime of one or more services, using the service history as data. The uptime page will show the following information:

 

How long has a service been up
How long has a service been down
Percentage of availability

 

You can sort the output of the uptime statistics by availability, group, computer and location. Furthermore you can filter the results by group, location and date.

 

Pencil and Document 24 n g Prerequisites:

A Health Package that includes a database-enabled Service Monitoring object needs to be assigned to one or more computers for service information to be written to the database.

 

Computer

When selecting a computer, only services from the selected computer will be displayed.

 

From, To

You can restrict your search to a particular time and/or date range. You can click the calendar icon to bring up a calendar. When you set a date range using the From and/or To fields, any limit setting (e.g. "last week") will be ignored.

 

Sort By

Use this field to sort your output. By default, output is sorted descending by Date and Time.

 

Service, Hide zero percent

Select one or more services to be included in the uptime calculation. Check the Hide zero percent checkbox to hide services that have a 0% uptime.
