Database Setup

The Database Setup allows the Web Reports to create or update an EventSentry database. This page is only available for Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.

Creating a new database

By selecting New Database the web reports will create a database using the same SQL statements used in the the installer. After the database has been created it will give the option to automatically create a Profile based on the credentials given.

Update an existing database

By selecting Update Database the web reports will update the database using the same SQL statements used in the the installer.

Verbose Logging

When the Verbose Logging checkbox is checked the Database Setup will display the SQL statements used to create or update the database.
